I need help with pandora bracelets.?

I went to a Pandora store today and they gave me a book with types of charms I can order. They also gave me a wish list card and it has 3 columns “Style, Description, and Price” what do I put in for Style and the Description?

I love those bracelets! I am not totally sure what you should put but probably a description of the bead you want and what the name of it is.
