What stores give VIP discounts on Pandora Charms?

Hi I know that Pandora is a set price but there are stores out there that give discounts if you spend a certain amount of money or say by 10 charms get one free. If you know any can you let me know there names and where the stores are. I have found 2 stores but would like to know if there are more out there.

Is this a good mothers day gift?

I am a 15 year old girl and I want to get my mom a special meaningful mothers day gift. We had a long year and I want to give her something that will make her feel like I still love her. I was thinking about us getting matching Pandora bracelets that we would each wear everyday. I thought it was a cute idea. What do u guys think?
